ATL Announced Appointment of non-Executive Director

Apollo Tourism & Leisure Ltd (ASX: ATL) has appointed Robert Baker as an Independent Non-executive Director. He is an experienced non-executive director and his current ASX Board positions include Non-executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee of Flight Centre Travel Group Ltd (ASX: FLT).

Mr Baker would be Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee and will be a member of the Board’s Remuneration Committee and Governance and Nominations Committee.

On 13 January 2020 (AEDT 01.38 PM), the stock was trading lower at $0.385, dip by 10.465 per cent from the previous close.
