360 Capital Signed Binding Agreement to Acquire Ralton Asset Management

360 Capital Group (ASX: TGP) announced that it has signed a binding agreement to acquire Ralton Asset Management as well as form a Melbourne office for the Ralton & Cambridge Investment Partners teams.

Ralton is a leading Australian equity managed accounts specialist which offers separately managed accounts & individually managed accounts for individual investors & institutions and shall continue to operate its present investment business under TGP’s ownership.

Under the new structure, Portfolio Manager, Will Riggal and Investment Analyst /Dealer), Andrew Garside will be continuing with Ralton.

Post Ralton’s acquisition TGP’s FUM would rise above $600 million and investor base increase to more than 18,000 investors.
