Qube Holdings Limited (ASX: QUB) has notified the ASX that approximately 10.8 million employee incentive plan rights have ceased to be classified as equity securities following a determination that these instruments will be cash-settled rather than equity-settled. The change arose in connection with the company's Scheme of Arrangement with Rubik Australia Pty Ltd, with the cessation effective from 13 July 2026. Of the affected rights, 633,765 have vested and will receive cash settlement upon scheme implementation, while 10.2 million remaining rights will be cash-settled if and when they vest under their contractual terms.
