Ms. Kristie Young joins as an independent non-executive director. The company is expecting to leverage her extensive experience in the industry to add to the strength, skill sets, and experience of its Board.

Ms Young's unique background and experience make her an excellent candidate for this responsibility. She has 20 years of experience in various roles, including client management, business development, growth, marketing, governance, commercial and human resources, strategy, project evaluation, and technical engineering.
Most recently, Ms Young held senior growth and business development executive roles with prestigious professional service firms like EY and PwC.
