Clime Investment Management Ltd (ASX: CIW)

On 2 January 2018, Clime Investment Management Limited (ASX: CIW) disclosed to ASX that one of its directors, Mr. Donald Mclay who had a direct and indirect interest in the Company and acquired 49,896 ordinary shares via On-market Purchase for the total consideration of $23,561. He held the shares in the subject company via Torres Industries Pty Ltd and Nagarit Superannuation Fund which in turn held 7,381,000 and 39,680 ordinary shares in the subject company, respectively. Hence after this development, the number of securities held afterward by Torres Industries Pty Ltd and Nagarit Superannuation Fund are 7,430,896 and 39,680. It is notable here that Mr. Donald Mclay is a shareholder and the chairman of Torres and is a beneficiary in the Nagarit Superannuation Fund. And that is how he holds an indirect ownership in the subject company, i.e., Clime Investment Management Ltd. Meanwhile, the share price of the company has fallen 2.08 percent in the past six months as on 28 December 2018. CIW’s shares last traded at $0.470 with the market capitalization of circa $26.67 Million.

Syntonic Ltd (ASX: SYT)

Syntonic Ltd (ASX: SYT) has via a recent ASX release stated that Mr. Christopher Gabriel had decided to vacate office of the director of the company with effect from the 31st of December 2018. Hence as on 31st December 2018, the director holds 3,900,000 fully paid ordinary shares. Meanwhile, the share price of the company has fallen by 50 percent in the past six months as on 31 December 2018. Valor Resources Ltd (ASX: VAL) has via a recent ASX release stated that Mr. Brian McMaster’s unlisted options numbering to 5,000,000 which were vested upon him at an exercise price of $0.02, got extinguished as an option expired on 31 December 2018. Prior to this development, the director held 57,021,810 ordinary shares in the company via Gemstars Investments Ltd and 4,725,000 ordinary shares through the Briant Nominees Pty Ltd and lastly 10,000,000 ordinary shares via Beez & Honey Pty Ltd. Moreover, the director also held the 5,000,000 unlisted options through Gemstar, at an exercise price of $0.02 which had expired on 31 December 2018. Also, Mr. Brian held 10,000,000 listed options having an exercise price of $0.015 via the Beez & Honey Pty Ltd. which are slated to expire on the 31st December 2021.

Post this development, the Beez & Honey Pty Ltd holds 67,021,810 shares and 10,000,000 listed options at an ex. Price of $0.015 which are to expire on 31 December 2021. Moreover, the Briant Nominees Pty Ltd holds 4,725,000 shares. Meanwhile, the share price of the company has fallen 72.73 percent in the past six months as on 19 December 2018. VAL’s shares are suspended from trading on ASX & it has a market capitalization of circa $5.68 Million.

Millennium Minerals Limited (ASX: MOY)

Millennium Minerals Ltd (ASX: MOY) has via a recent ASX release stated that Mr. Timothy Paul Kennedy, Mr. Gregory John Bittar, and Mr. Peter Robert Lester have acquired 450,000 ordinary shares each of the subject company against a nil consideration, which was on account of the vesting of the rights as at 31 December 2018. Meanwhile, the share price of the company has fallen 5.26 percent in the past six months as on 31 December 2018. MOY’s shares traded at $0.175, down by 2.778% (intraday) & with the market capitalization of circa $142.75 Million as on 2 January 2019 (AEST 04:00 PM).
