Enprise Group joint venture Datagate Innovation offers one-stop SaaS telecom billing globally. ENS’ business investments

The Enterprise Division was established with the complete merger of Enprise Solutions in NZ and Kilimanjaro Consulting in Australia in early 2020. Since then, ENS has witnessed a solid improvement in productivity with economies of scale unfolding and reflecting in the profitability of the entity.

The Enterprise Division is fast tracking its operations as “One Company-One Team-One Brand” to further leverage its strengths and control costs. ENS believes that this advancement will help in delivering on its strategy of unlocking mutual synergies to accelerate growth for all.

Moreover, this will further lead to the replacement of the brand “Enprise Solutions” by “Kilimanjaro” in New Zealand.

ENS through its Datagate Innovation joint venture offersone-stop SaaS telecom billing globallyto make billing telecommunications easy, quick, profitable and compliant. As an online billing portal, Datagate enables IT Managed Service Providers (MSPs) globally to bill telecom and UCaaS services smoothly at minimal time and cost.

iSell is a subsidiary of ENS, which primarily engages in offering business systems to the IT Reseller market and has more than 4.5 million products. These products represent 2000+ vendors, which are available from more than 100 distributors and are sent automatically to numerous IT Resellers daily, throughout Australia, New Zealand, the UK, South Africa and recently the USA.

Another business investment of ENS is Vadacom Limited; it is an expert in cloud and on-premise phone system software development and unified communications solutions for businesses across Australia and New Zealand.

Strategic plan for Enterprise Division

ENS continues to leverage and maintain its stance as MYOB’s largest partner in the Enterprise sector with an objective to retain its position as the Partner of Choice for MYOB Enterprise Solutions in the New Zealand and Australian market.

The Enterprise Division’s present strategic plan is aimed at achieving a compound annual growth rate of 15%, and the entity has recorded a revenue of NZ$15.24 million over 12-month period ended June 2021, a growth of 24% as against a revenue of NZ$12.25 million over the previous 15-month period ended June 2020.

Growth across iSell and ITQuoter

iSell, whose 71% stake is held by ENS, recorded an annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth of NZ$0.8 million. Over the past 18 months, the Company’s focus has been on acquiring new customers with active engagement in the Australian and New Zealand markets.

Moreover, iSell’s flagship product ‘ITQuoter’ has established its presence across various global markets, including the UK, South Africa, Ireland, Netherlands, Denmark, and the US. ITQuoter is looking to focus on boosting ARR by the acquisition of new customers across key markets, and the plan is to double the customer base by drawing benefit from new product launch, which is due towards the end of this year.

Datagate Innovation Ltd saw its ARR grow more than NZ$1.6 million, registering a growth of 47%. Datagate’s ARR for the US has more than doubled over the past year to 30 June 2021.

The current Strategic Plan of the Enterprise Division is designed to achieve a Compound Annual Growth rate of 15%. A large proportion of the Enterprise Division revenue is recurring or contracted. Of the $15.239m revenue, $3.321m was recurring and $2.645m was contracted, total recurring and contracted revenue was $5.966m.

iSell annual recurring revenue (ARR) has increased to $0.8 million. Australia and New Zealand remain an active market, however the last year saw ITQuoter establish a presence in the UK market, South Africa, Ireland, Netherlands, Denmark and more recently, the USA. ITQuoter is looking to continue to focus on driving ARR by acquiring new customers in its key markets, in particular Australia, UK and the new USA market. Enprise Group’s plan includes doubling iSell’s customer base as it takes advantage of new product releases due at the end of this year.

Datagate Innovation Ltd grew its annual recurring revenue (ARR) to over $1.6 million, an increase of 47%. Datagate has more than doubled its ARR in the USA over the last year to 30 June 2021. Datagate is in high-growth mode and is keeping its focus on growing revenue and market share as aggressively as possible. Market demand for Datagate is strong. Its core clients are suppliers of advanced unified communications systems and remote working solutions.

Vadacom Holdings Ltd (Vadacom) continued to grow ARR to $2.56 million (up 2.2%) year-on-year. Contracted revenue was $0.52 million at 31 March 2021. Vadacom has recently released its new cloud PBX phone system ‘Next Voice’. There are already over450 extensions live on this new multi-tenanted VoIP cloud platform, which is expected to position Vadacom for growth in and beyond its traditional Australian and New Zealand markets.
