KPG Decides to Pay Dividend for Full Year

Earlier, Kiwi Property Group Limited (NZX:KPG) had decided not to pay the final dividend for the year ended 31 March 2020, because of the inherent ambiguity caused by COVID-19.

However, as NZ has now returned to Alert Level 1 and there is now clarity around trading environment, the company has decided to pay an interim dividend for the year ending 31 March 2021, which shall comprise 90 – 100% of KPG’s underlying cash flows for the 6-month period to 30 September 2020.
