Centuria's NZD 169 Million Acquisition of Augusta Goes Unconditional

ASX listed company, Centuria Capital Group (ASX:CNI) has announced that its acquisition of NZX listed Augusta Capital Limited (NZX:AUG) goes unconditional, with acceptance of 65.86 per cent of Augusta’s shares.

Centuria stated that after the completion of the offer, its assets under management would increase by 24 per cent to AUD 8.9 billion.

Augusta's stockholders receive NZ$0.22 in cash and 0.392 Centuria stapled securities for each of their shares.

Centuria looks forward to the conclusion of the offer to enlarge its funds management platform into the NZ's market.
