APL Reports Net Loss after Tax of $14.69 million

For the year ended 31 March 2020, Asset Plus Limited (NZX:APL) reported a net loss after tax of $14.69 million, down from a $3.80 million profit in FY19.

Other key highlights include the following:

  • Adjusted funds from operations (AFFO) stood at $4.74 million, in line with the FY19;
  • No dividend is to be paid for the fourth quarter due to the impact of COVID-19;
  • Portfolio occupancy is 98.3% which is increased from 96.7%;
  • Loan to value ratio is 34.3% as compared to 8.5% as at 31 March 2019.
