(Reuters) - Canadian Natural Resources Ltd on Wednesday forecast higher production for 2023 as it seeks to capitalize on constrained energy supplies and higher oil and gas prices following Russia's invasion of Ukraine earlier this year.

The Calgary, Alberta-based producer said it expects total production to be between 1.33 million and 1.37 million barrels of oil equivalent per day (boepd) this year, compared with 1.30 million-1.34 million boepd estimated for 2022.
