In the recently concluded Nasscom Product Conclave (Kolkata) 18 July 2014 the third series of Product Excellence Matrix (PEM) report was released by Dr Amit Mitra, Minister of IT, Govt of West Bengal. We are proud to say that uKnowva - the extensible enterprise collaboration platform a flagship product of Convergence IT Services has been prominently featured in the "Unified Communication And Collaboration", category of the report. This recognition has been a great motivating factor for the team. Our constant endeavor is to make uKnowva a global product that will help customers across different business vertical to solve their everyday business challenges in a most efficient way.
Over 250 nominations were received and out of that 213 software products were qualified for further process post validation. The entire assessment and benchmarking exercise had been carried in a 3-step process.
