Virus Support Extended for Aviation Sector | ASX Market Update

Australia’s largest independent regional airline, Regional Express Holdings Limited (ASX:REX) announced to increase its flying schedule in response to QantasLink’s measures to more than double its flights to ports that are in competition with Rex.

XTD Limited (ASX:XTD) announced that its subsidiary in media sales, MOTIO has been presented the exclusive five-year media sales rights contract. The special contract is regarding the Caltex in-store digital screen network that is operated by one of Australia’s leading customer experience companies, Engagis Pty Ltd.

The Morrison government has secured foreign freight flights for South Australian exporters to deliver fresh produce, seafood and meat to Hong Kong. It comes as the government extends its support to the domestic aviation sector to ensure the industry is sustained during the COVID-19 pandemic.
