Fireeye Soars After Deal With Blackstone
The Cybersecurity giant FireEye shares surged up significantly after-hours trade when investment company Blackstone and another cybersecurity-focused firm ClearSky together took a US$400 million stake.
FireEye plans to use the hefty amount to support strategic growth initiatives. A significant part of this amount is being used to fund the acquisition of Respond SoftwarThe declaration was made during the later hours on 19 November.
Aguia Resources on track to develop Brazil’s First Phosphate Project
Australian-listed Aguia Resources Limited (ASX: AGR) is positioned well with Shovel-ready, low-cost phosphate project, Três Estradas Phosphate Project (TEPP) in Brazil’s agriculture epicenter. Meanwhile, the Company is expected to further unlock value from approximately 1,260km2 of copper leases, which are undervalued currently.
Aguia achieved significant milestones concerning TEPP, including the release of a scoping study, conducting an efficacy test of natural phosphate products on corn and soybean, and securing environmental approval for the project.
The Company is currently progressing land purchases and is about to lodge the Installation Licence (LI), which is the final permit application required for commencing construction.
Copper leases are to be fast-tracked for the production of low-cost copper sulfate for sale to local Brazilian agribusiness market.
Golden State Mining (ASX: GSM) Completes Yule Phase Two Air-Core Program
Gold and base metals exploration company Golden State Mining Limited (ASX: GSM) has announced the recent successful completion of its phase two air-core (AC) program at the Yule project situated in the Mallina Basin. The program was concluded ahead of schedule and under budget, bringing the total drilling at Yule in 2020 to 28,400m.
The drilling in phase two program was undertaken on four targets at Yule North and two targets on Yule South, with 196 drill holes drilled for 15,125m.
The Company anticipates the first assay results in late-November while further results are expected throughout December.
