Health-tech Australian firm Advanced Human Imaging Limited (ASX:AHI), on Tuesday (30 August 2022), updated via an ASX announcement that it has completed a Master Services Agreement (MSA) with digital health provider Activate Health OÜ.

Under the MSA, Activate will use Advanced Human Imaging’s Software Development Kits (SDKs) for various clinical investigations on IOS and Android platforms. These investigations might include features like body circumference measurements and face scan measurements. As part of the deal reached between the two sides, AHI will also grant rights on related intellectual property after the integration of SDK into the Activate digital therapeutics (DTx) platform.

AHI was spotted trading at AU$0.245 apiece, up 96%, at 11:24 AM AEST on ASX.

 

Other key details of the agreement:

  • The deal between Human Imaging and Activate Health features involvement of commercial actions, software development kit, end-user license, technology sustenance, data processing deal, fee schedule and professional services. These services include support in implementation and training. All this will be provided by AHI to Activate Health.
  • The interim duration of the agreement is for two years. This period will repeatedly increase for upcoming cycles, each equal to the duration of the initial term.
  • Activate will buy a block of 4,000 FaceScans and a block of 4,000 BodyScans for EUR€22,960. This will be paid in two planned payments till the end of 2022.
  • Activate Health is credited to have built the world’s first AI-driven digital therapeutics platform for metabolic syndrome, as per AHI release.
  • Activate Health has earlier received €1,050,000 as a grant by Enterprise Estonia.
