Echo IQ (ASX:EIQ) is set to significantly broaden its US footprint through a new agreement that brings its artificial intelligence-based heart disease detection platform, EchoSolv, into the operational fold of over 300 healthcare facilities. The deal, signed with US-based medical provider SARC MedIQ, marks a strategic leap in the company’s global expansion efforts.

With a focus on improving the early identification of aortic stenosis—a serious condition affecting the heart’s aortic valve—Echo IQ, an emerging player among ASX technology stocks, will enable the use of EchoSolv by more than 1,500 physicians within SARC's extensive clinical network. This positions the AI-driven tool to support faster, more accurate cardiac assessments and treatment decisions across a wide range of practices and hospitals in the United States.

Although not currently part of the ASX 200 index, Echo IQ’s recent momentum has drawn attention from market watchers monitoring promising med-tech innovations.

EchoSolv’s ability to assess uploaded echocardiographic data and provide automated risk scoring for aortic stenosis has demonstrated substantial performance improvements over traditional diagnostics. A pivotal clinical trial highlighted the software’s capability to surface significantly more cases of advanced disease, reinforcing its utility in streamlining clinical decision-making.

From a commercialisation standpoint, the agreement is expected to reduce overheads tied to sales and distribution for EchoSolv. By aligning with a well-established US provider, Echo IQ accelerates market penetration and opens a path to consistent revenue via a scan-based fee model. Notably, the agreement includes provisions to revisit pricing aligned with potential future reimbursement changes through the American Medical Association’s CPT code framework.

The integration phase is already in motion, with Echo IQ collaborating closely with SARC’s sales teams to ensure seamless onboarding and optimal application of EchoSolv technology across clinical sites. This initiative is not only expected to enhance workflow efficiency for healthcare providers but also improve patient outcomes by enabling earlier and more accurate detection of heart valve disease.

With its latest step into the US healthcare landscape, Echo IQ continues to position itself as a key player in AI-powered diagnostics, contributing to a global movement toward smarter, data-driven medicine.
