  • Significant trenching results suggest resource expansion at Dynasty Gold Project.
  • Upcoming drilling campaigns aim to explore more high-grade targets.

Titan Minerals Ltd (ASX:TTM) has announced significant gold mineralisation at the Tomahawk discovery, part of its Dynasty Gold Project in Ecuador. The latest trench sampling at Tomahawk has yielded encouraging results, highlighting a potential expansion of the company’s existing resources in this gold-rich region.

Tomahawk, a recently identified target from earlier reconnaissance soil sampling, has not yet undergone drilling, but the early findings are promising. One trenching sample returned 5 metres grading 5.0 g/t gold and 20.6 g/t silver, including a higher-grade section of 2 metres at 11.2 g/t gold and 33 g/t silver. These results underscore the potential for resource growth at the Dynasty project, further reinforced by earlier high-grade results from the nearby Iguana prospect, which yielded up to 3 metres at 21.4 g/t gold and 14.1 g/t silver.

Titan Minerals has emphasized the broader potential of the Dynasty Gold Project. The company believes that the mineral system extends over a much larger area than the current estimate of 3.1 million ounces of gold and 22 million ounces of silver, based on existing resources. According to Titan, these latest results validate their exploration strategy and highlight the effectiveness of soil and rock chip sampling in identifying new high-grade zones within the project area.

As part of their ongoing exploration efforts, Titan Minerals plans to continue trenching across several regional targets while also advancing preparations for a 10,000-metre drilling campaign. This program aims to test many of the newly identified exploration targets and contribute to an updated resource estimate for the Dynasty project by mid-2025.

The company’s latest findings reinforce its confidence in the Dynasty Gold Project’s long-term potential, with further trench results and drilling data expected to be released in the coming months. Titan Minerals remains focused on unlocking additional high-grade gold discoveries within this expansive gold system.
