Highlights

  • Polymetals Resources is preparing for an expansive exploration program at its Endeavor Project.
  • The company has consolidated over five decades of historical exploration data.
  • Drilling and surveys are set to commence early next year, focusing on copper, gold, and silver-lead-zinc targets.

Polymetals Resources (ASX:POL) is gearing up for an ambitious exploration program at its Endeavor Project in central New South Wales. This initiative will target copper, gold, and silver-lead-zinc mineralization, leveraging a newly compiled database that consolidates more than five decades of historical exploration data.

The Endeavor Project spans extensive granted mining and exploration licences, encompassing both near-mine and regional prospects. The program will initially focus on nine high-priority targets identified from the detailed database, particularly the Carpark prospect’s electromagnet conductor plate, where drilling is set to begin in early January.

Comprehensive Data Compilation Supports Exploration

After consolidating decades of exploration data from historical explorers such as Metals Ex, Getty Oil, and Sandfire Resources, Polymetals Resources has created the first comprehensive database of the region. This effort provides valuable insights into the northern Cobar Superbasin, which spans 70 kilometers of strike within the company’s 1,107-square-kilometer exploration licences.

The near-mine exploration efforts will center around 30 square kilometers of granted mining licences, while regional exploration will extend across broader areas. The company’s upcoming activities include flying 18 kilometers of induced polarization survey lines early next year to identify additional regional opportunities for exploration.

Focus on Active 2025 Field Season

With the redevelopment of the Endeavor Mine well underway, Polymetals Resources is preparing for an active 2025 field season. This includes expanding exploration across the entire Endeavor Project tenure. The planned drilling program and surveys are part of the company’s broader strategy to explore a vast array of targets identified through the newly created database.

The company aims to unlock further potential in the Endeavor Project, building on its copper, gold, and silver-lead-zinc portfolio. These activities align with Polymetals Resources’ commitment to advancing exploration efforts while capitalizing on the information gathered from decades of research and exploration.

By combining historical insights with modern exploration techniques, Polymetals Resources is positioning itself to maximize the potential of the Endeavor Project, which has already demonstrated its significance within the region’s mineralization landscape.
