  • The company retains a 60% interest in a lithium-focused joint venture with Mineral Resources Ltd, which may increase its stake to 80% through additional funding.

  • Dynamic Metals has identified multiple gold and lithium targets across its projects, with further exploration work planned for the upcoming quarter.

Dynamic Metals Ltd (ASX:DYM) has made significant strides in its exploration initiatives during the September quarter, with a particular focus on its Widgiemooltha and Lindsays projects located in Western Australia. The company concluded the quarter with a strong cash position of A$5.3 million, facilitating ongoing efforts in gold and lithium exploration.

At the Widgiemooltha project, Dynamic Metals finalized a joint venture agreement with Mineral Resources Ltd (ASX:MIN), retaining a 60% ownership interest. Mineral Resources has the option to increase its stake to 80% by providing A$15 million in exploration funding over the next four years. This partnership is expected to enhance the exploration capabilities for lithium within the project area while allowing Dynamic Metals to pursue the gold potential independently.

Two key gold exploration targets, Cognac West and Chalice South, have been identified within the Widgiemooltha project. Recent soil sampling at Cognac West yielded promising results, with assay values reaching 2.1g/t gold. The company plans to commence drilling activities at this site in early 2025, furthering its exploration efforts.

In the Lindsays project, Dynamic Metals has identified a total of 36 gold and 22 lithium targets. Fieldwork is scheduled for the next quarter to further assess these potential resources. Additionally, the company is actively evaluating its Lake Percy and Deep Well projects, which are considered significant for nickel and lithium exploration.

Dynamic Metals Ltd remains focused on its exploration initiatives, leveraging its joint venture partnerships and strong cash reserves to advance its projects in the competitive landscape of gold and lithium mining in Western Australia.
