Every day, millions of medical images are generated across hospitals, clinics and specialist centres. Yet despite their critical role in diagnosis and patient care, imaging records often remain trapped within disconnected systems, forcing healthcare providers to repeat scans, navigate fragmented records and spend valuable time retrieving information.
As healthcare systems increasingly prioritise interoperability, data accessibility and coordinated care, the technologies that enable secure and efficient medical imaging sharing are becoming increasingly important.
Singular Health Group Limited (ASX:SHG) is positioning itself within this evolving healthcare landscape through a suite of technologies designed to improve how medical imaging data is visualised, shared and analysed. During the March 2026 quarter, the company recorded progress across commercial deployment, regulatory approvals, healthcare integration and education partnerships, highlighted by the continued expansion of its flagship 3DICOM MD® platform within a major U.S. healthcare network.

Advancing Medical Imaging Through AI and interoperability
Singular Health's product suite is built around improving access to and understanding of medical imaging records.
Its Volumetric Rendering Platform (VRP) uses patented technology to transform standard CT, MRI and PET scans into detailed three-dimensional volumetric models, enabling enhanced visualisation of patient imaging.
The company's Medical File Transfer Protocol (MFTP) is a patent-pending, PACS-agnostic solution designed to facilitate secure and efficient medical image sharing between systems and devices, supporting practitioner workflows and continuity of care.
Singular Health also offers AI in the Cloud (AIC), a platform that hosts proprietary and third-party artificial intelligence models capable of processing and analysing imaging data in real time as files are transferred, supporting diagnostic decision-making and broader healthcare insights.
Additional deployment triggers US$500,000 payment
In April 2026, Singular Health announced it had received US$500,000 from Provider Network Solutions (PNS) under the Binding Enterprise Agreement initially announced in June 2025.
The payment followed the deployment of 500 3DICOM MD® licences across the PNS network and represented the remaining licence fees associated with the rollout. The deployment fulfilled contractual obligations under the agreement while increasing the scale of the platform's implementation across the healthcare organisation.
PNS is a U.S.-based healthcare services provider that manages care for approximately 4.2 million covered lives through its network. The organisation focuses on improving patient outcomes while delivering efficiencies across healthcare delivery systems.
Growing adoption across clinical workflows
The commercial rollout of 3DICOM MD® within the PNS network continues to progress, with increasing utilisation of the platform within clinical workflows.
According to the company, ongoing implementation has demonstrated meaningful cost efficiencies through reduced duplication of medical imaging and improved access to patient data across healthcare providers. These outcomes support broader goals of healthcare coordination, continuity of care and more efficient information sharing between practitioners.
The performance of the platform within the network has also prompted discussions between Singular Health and PNS regarding the potential renewal and expansion of the enterprise agreement beyond its current term.
March Quarter marked by expansion and regulatory progress
Alongside its commercial achievements, the company recorded several strategic milestones during the March 2026 quarter.
Singular Health completed the full deployment of 3DICOM™ Patient at Life Radiology, replacing traditional CD-ROM distribution of imaging records with digital delivery.
The company also expanded its education footprint through an agreement with Miami-Dade County Public Schools, introducing 3DICOM™ EDU into the third-largest public school system in the United States.
Further growth opportunities emerged through a Memorandum of Understanding with Florida International University, which will pilot 3DICOM™ technology across academic, clinical and research settings.
On the regulatory front, Singular Health achieved FDA 510(k) clearance for the 3DICOM MD® Cloud platform. The company also participated in a U.S. Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology consultation on interoperability, further aligning its technology with emerging healthcare data-sharing standards and regulatory frameworks.
As healthcare systems continue to pursue greater interoperability, digital transformation, and AI-driven clinical workflows, the demand for solutions that enable secure access to medical imaging data is expected to remain a key area of focus. With enterprise deployments expanding, interoperability gaining regulatory support and new education and healthcare partnerships emerging, Singular Health is focused on scaling adoption of its imaging ecosystem while pursuing additional commercial opportunities across the United States healthcare market.
