CEO Mauro Neves expressed confidence in Rybarczyk’s ability to drive growth in the region, noting, “She brings a depth of experience across a range of relevant industries including energy, fertilizers, chemicals, retail, transport, mining, and resources.”
Leadership Transition and Strategic Outlook
Rybarczyk’s appointment comes at a pivotal time for Dyno Nobel, as the company aims to solidify its position as a leading player in the global explosives market. Rybarczyk expressed enthusiasm about the opportunity, stating, “It’s an exciting time to join the company as it continues to deliver against its ambition to become the leading global explosives player.”
This transition follows the recent appointment of former Dyno Nobel Asia-Pacific President Greg Hayne, who moved into his new role as Dyno Nobel Americas President on October 1, now based in Salt Lake City, Utah. To ensure smooth operations until Rybarczyk’s start date, Deon Louw will serve as interim President of Dyno Nobel Asia Pacific.
