Skin Elements inks SuprCuvr’s sales and distribution agreement with Pacific Health Care

Australian natural health care company Skin Elements Limited (ASX: SKN) has executed a binding Agreement with Pacific Health Care Pty Ltd for the exclusive distribution of SuprCuvr hospital grade disinfectant in Australia and New Zealand.

SuprCuvr is a 100% plant-based formula and is TGA registered hospital-grade disinfectant (Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods number 373328).

The Agreement represents the next step in the SuprCuvr’s commercialisation strategy and allows Skin Elements to leverage off Pacific Health’s existing health distribution networks. It is expected to immediately drive SuprCuvr’s sales into the Australian and New Zealand markets and underpin the Company’s operations to further execute its global commercialisation strategy.

More on the Agreement

The Agreement with Pacific Health Care is for the exclusive right to market, sell, supply and distribute SuprCuvr Hospital Grade disinfectant to customers in Australia and New Zealand.

The Agreement is for an initial term of 12 months, which would be extended for up to a further 48 months in total, contingent upon achieving minimum sales volumes each year. A total anticipated sales volume of 5.5692 million litres is targeted over the Agreement duration, subject to the achievement of annual sales targets.

Target customers for SuprCuvr includes all current and potential customers of the Company and Pacific Health located in Australia and New Zealand other than some excluded customers (which include customer via Skin Elements’ online retail website, agriculture and animal sectors, major supermarket chains internal usage and certain specific customers in negotiation).

Skin Elements will supply SuprCuvr to Pacific Health in ready-to-use 80ml, 145ml, 285ml, and 565ml spray bottles while the refill bulk containers will be of 5 litres and 20 litres capacity.

Pacific Health will take on the responsibility for sale, marketing, supply and distribution of SuprCuvr to Skin Elements’ all current and potential customers in Australia and New Zealand; and the Company will refer all sales and distribution leads to the Distributor. All intellectual property rights concerning SuprCuvr will remain the property of Skin Elements.
