The Company is gearing up to roll out the all-natural plant-based sanitiser as a hospital disinfectant and is currently awaiting the Therapeutic Goods Administration’s (TGA) approval.
Skin Elements recently announced an AU$20-million equity funding facility for accelerating the manufacturing and sales of Invisi Shield®.

Peter Malone is the Executive Chairman of Skin Elements. He has more than 30 years of experience in worldwide financial markets. Interestingly, Mr Malone has been responsible for raising more than AU$100 million for technology development players.
Additionally, he has a proven track record in developing and managing technology development programs, from the thought phase to reality.
Mr Malone holds a Masters degree from the UWA and previously has worked as the CEO for many listed companies. He has also taught and consulted in business and management in Australia, Asia, Europe, and the US.
Mr Malone is also the Managing Director and the Chief Executive Officer of Skin Elements and is responsible for the Company's strategic direction.
Mr Phil Giglia serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company. He joined Skin Elements’ board in November 2017. Armed with more than 25 years of experience in senior roles, Mr Giglia is a Chartered Accountant (CA).
With a remarkable depth of skill and knowledge in the small to medium enterprise segment, Mr Giglia has also worked for the prominent international accountancy company Price Waterhouse Coopers for six years, from 1985 to 1991.
Mr Giglia founded the accountancy practice, Giglia & Associates, and currently serves as its principal. He is also a Director at Global Marine Enclosures PL.
Mr Giglia has a Distinction in Bachelor of Business from the Western Australian Institute of Technology. He is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand.
An industry veteran, Mr Poulsen has more than 37 years of experience in finance, commercial, and public policy law in Australia. He joined the Board of Skin Elements in October 2020.
Formerly, Mr Poulsen was associated with a top-10 Global Law Firm, Squire Patton Boggs (previously Minter Ellison), one of the fastest-growing law firms in Australia with offices in Darwin, Perth, and Sydney. He was serving as the Managing Partner and the CEO of Squire Patton Boggs.
