Roger Jackson, Non-Executive Director
Mr Roger Jackson is a qualified geologist with more than 25 years of experience in minerals exploration, mining operations management, mining services and marketing of concentrate products.
Coupled with his own experience, he has assembled a team of geologists that have a track record of success working on Queensland gold projects and together, they are designing exploration programs over QXR’s most prospective targets with a focus on the historical and under explored Lucky Break Mine.
At present, Mr Jackson is also the Executive Director of London-based NQ Minerals Plc and has been critical to the growth and acquisition of Hellyer operational mine and the Beaconsfield gold mine. Between 2012 and 2015, he served as the founding director of privately held Central Gold Mines and Bracken Resources, which resumed operations at the Georgetown and Hillgrove gold plants.
Maurice Feilich, Executive Chairman
Mr Maurice Feilich is a seasoned professional with over three decades of experience in investment markets. He began his career in 1998 as an institutional derivative broker with McIntosh Securities, which later became Merrill Lynch. Thereafter, he served as the Head of Equities at Tricom Equities and later became a founding partner of Sanlam Private Wealth.
Over the years, Mr Feilich has built a strong reputation and a track record of solid networks in the resources segment. He has provided invaluable capital markets support.
Ben Jarvis, Non-Executive Director
Mr Ben Jarvis holds extensive experience across the small resources space as the director and strategic advisor to publicly listed firms. He also serves as the non-executive director of renowned gold and silver miner, Austral Gold Limited (ASX: AGD, TSX-V: AGLD) since 2011.
Mr Jarvis co-founded the prominent Australian advisory company, Six Degrees Investor Relations, in 2006. Currently, he serves as the Managing Director of the firm which provides investor relation services to various ASX-listed companies.
