KAMPALA, April 4 (Reuters) - The Ugandan shilling traded flat on Tuesday, on the back of a slump in hard currency demand from importers and interbank players, traders said.

At 0747 GMT commercial banks quoted the shilling at 3,770/3,780, same level as Monday's close. (Reporting by Elias Biryabarema; editing by Hereward Holland)
