Rubix Resources expects to hit the ASX on 8 Dec, here’s how to invest?

Rubix Resources Limited expects to debut on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) on 8 December 2021. The company is targeting to raise AU$4.5million in its IPO via the issuance of 22.5 million ordinary shares at an offer price of AU$0.20 per share. 

If the capital raising offer is successful, the company will commence trading on ASX with the ticker RB6, next week. Rubix Resources focuses on the exploration of copper, nickel, zinc, gold and is expected to have a market capitalisation of AU$7 million. One of the key assets of RB6 is ‘Paperbark’, held by New Century Resources (ASX:NCZ) in North Queensland.

The company has secured rights to four crucial projects in WA and Queensland, targeting high-grade copper, gold, nickel, Platinum Group Elements (PGEs), and Zinc. Rubix, which operated across three geographical segments- Western, Central and Northern Europe- was formed by the merger of Brammer and IPH in 2017. The company reported its revenue from ongoing operations at €2,498million and EBITDA of €221 million in the 12 months to the end of June 2021.
