  • OnCite is a digital credential passport mobile app that stores validated digital ID.
  • It will simplify the increasing complexity of monitoring compliance requirements.
  • The app will drive digital disruption in the Know Your People space and widen the utility of CV Check solutions in the marketplace.

In its latest development, CV Check Limited (ASX:CV1) has announced the release of its digital credential passport mobile app – OnCite. The mobile app is a great addition to the company’s innovative suite of products, further establishing the utility of CV Check solutions in the market.

The ASX-listed company has launched the OnCite mobile app as per the committed timeline of the fourth quarter of the ongoing fiscal year (Q4 FY22).

OnCite: A game changer

The OnCite solution will play a significant role in making the monitoring compliance requirements more comprehensible as it digitises and automates compliance management. The OnCite app, offered free of cost to workers, will allow them to control their credentials, manage their daily compliance and share that information with trust.

All the credentials of the workers will be tied to a validated digital ID and stored at one place in the app which is now available on Android as well as iOS.

Digital disruption in the Know Your People space

The digital credential passport is an advanced solution to complex compliance problems. It will disrupt the existing paradigm by empowering workers to manage their own compliance, shifting the compliance burden from administrative departments and letting people who need to be compliant manage themselves.

OnCite supports responses to the Critical Infrastructure Act

The product launch falls in line with the company’s long-term commitment of providing assistance to Australia’s Critical Asset operators who have been impacted by the amendments to Security of Critical Infrastructure Act. The digital ID app will eliminate the need of silos of information. OnCite will establish the foundation essential for collaborative workforce compliance, and the app cooperates across critical operators and their supply chains. It would also help in maintaining the highest level of security. Also, it will ensure certainty in the Know Your People space.

Phase 2 of the Growth plan

To date, there have been more than seven million credential validations undertaken by CV Check, and that number keeps growing. The company expects the large volume of credential validations to drive the uptake of OnCite in the marketplace. Also, CV1 is planning to enable real-time monitoring and reporting relating to personal workplace safety in its upcoming release.

Stock information: CV1 shares last traded at AU$0.090 on the ASX with a market capitalisation of AU$39.08 million (as on 07 July 2022).
