On 24th September 2021, the broader Australian market ended in red as significant selling was encountered in the real estate as well as healthcare sectors. Notably, ASX 300 fell by 0.40% to 7,345.90 and ASX 200 declined by 0.37% to 7,342.60.

In the release dated 22nd September 2021, Computershare Limited (ASX: CPU) provided a board update. The company’s founder, Mr. Chris Morris, has mentioned that he would not be standing for re-election at the 2021 AGM. Notably, this AGM is expected to take place on 11th November 2021. Mr. Chris Morris would be retiring as the director.

Premier Investments Ltd. (ASX: PMV) rose by 5.50% to A$29.150 per share.

Movement on Wall Street:

On 23rd September 2021, NASDAQ Composite rose 1.04% to 15,052.24. Also, Dow Jones Industrials Average witnessed a rise of 1.48% to 34,764.82.
