Golden Mile Resources, listed on the ASX under G88, has announced a drilling initiative at the Pearl copper project in Arizona. The company has finalized a contract with Alford Drilling to conduct an initial reverse circulation drilling program aimed at assessing mineralization across key targets. The campaign involves multiple drill holes across a significant area, highlighting a focused approach to exploration in the region.

Collaboration With Alford Drilling

The agreement with Alford Drilling marks an important step in the execution of the drilling campaign. Based in Elko, Nevada, Alford Drilling is recognized for its expertise in mineral exploration. This collaboration aligns with Golden Mile Resources’ strategy of working with established industry partners to enhance efficiency and precision in exploration efforts.

Odyssey and Ford Targets Identified for Drilling

The Odyssey target has been selected as the initial drilling site. This zone contains multiple quartz veins that exhibit polymetallic mineralization across a defined stretch. The drilling strategy at this location includes several planned holes, with the possibility of expanding based on exploration findings.

The Ford target, situated in a structurally complex area, will also be a focus of the campaign. Historical mining activities were previously conducted in this region, providing important geological context for the upcoming drill program.

Permitting and Regulatory Process

Golden Mile Resources has submitted the necessary documentation to regulatory authorities to facilitate the commencement of drilling. A Notice of Intent has been lodged, and the environmental bond requirement has been met. In parallel, a Geological Field Operations Plan has been presented to the Arizona State Land Department. These steps ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines before field activities begin.

Advancing Resource Exploration in Arizona

Through structured drilling and regulatory adherence, Golden Mile Resources is progressing exploration efforts at the Pearl project. The partnership with Alford Drilling strengthens the execution of this campaign, reflecting a coordinated approach to mineral exploration in the region.
