As outlined in the agreement, Tellus will undertake a Feasibility Study to evaluate the production of kaolin from its existing facility. Traxys to Manage Sales and Marketing Operations

Upon completion of the Feasibility Study, Traxys will oversee the purchasing, marketing, and sales of kaolin derived from the Sandy Ridge operation.
