On 21st September 2021, the broader Australian market ended the session in green after significant buying was witnessed in the utilities as well as technology sectors. Notably, ASX 20 rose by 0.22% to 3,995.10 and ASX 200 increased by 0.35% to 7,273.80.

In accordance with the ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Cromwell Property Group (ASX: CMW) made an announcement that AGM 2021 of shareholders of Cromwell Corporation Limited would be taking place on 17th November 2021 at 2.00 PM AEST.

WiseTech Global Ltd. (ASX: WTC) rose by 5.04% to A$53.920 per share.
