Warren Buffett-backed IPO, Snowflake Inc (SNOW) is to set a record as the largest US software contract ever as it receives keen interest from investors.

Snowflake, a provider of cloud-based data storage & analysis software, valued its Initial Public Offering (IPO) above its increased range in an offering that costs the Company at US$33.3 billion.

The Snowflake IPO seems to increase almost US$2.9 billion by offering 28 million shares.
