Platina Resources Limited (ASX:PGM)plans to undertake a significant soil sampling and aircore drilling program at the Challa Gold Project during November 2020. The plan follows encouraging results returned from the testing program during October.
The testing program consisted of six orientation rock chip and 16 soil samples at PGM’s wholly owned project in Western Australia. The test results showed a wide zone of low-level gold anomalism in the transported soils covering the mineralised outcropping veins. Two rock chip samples returned grades of 1.62g/t and 5.89 g/t.
The tenement-wide reconnaissance field soil and aircore geochemistry program is planned to test interpreted structural and aeromagnetic targets. The company expects to define primary targets for future reverse circulation drilling.
