There is a fear in South Australia that hundred of people have been exposed to COVID-19 after the first locally acquired cases since April 2020. The people in SA have been warned about the new COVID-19 cluster that broke out in community post a quarantine worker infected family member, which can possibly grow significantly.
The hotel guest at the heart of SA’s growing COVID-19 cluster were moved to another hotel while some were asked to extend the quarantine period for more than 14 days.
SA implemented new emergency restrictions overnight where gyms were closed and international flights carrying Aussies have been suspended for a week.
Further, the guests staying at Adelaide’s Peppers hotel were provided a letter from SA Health that they would be shifted to private location at any moment.
