The CoreLogic Index surges for the first time since COVID-19 led downturn started in April 2020, reflecting a slight recovery in the housing prices.
- CoreLogic index was up by 0.4 per cent on a monthly basis for October 2020, well supported by the growth in the combined regional space.
- The combined capitals index rose by 0.2 per cent for October 2020 against the previous month.
- The combined regional index increased by 0.9 per cent for the same period on a monthly basis.
