Minerals explorer, Cauldron Energy Limited (ASX:CXU) announced the schedule and agenda for its upcoming Annual General Meeting. The AGM will be held on 29 January 2021 at 10 AM (WST).
All necessary arrangements for the AGM will be managed by the company in accordance with the latest guidelines by the federal and state governments. The gold player encourages the shareholders to participate in the meeting.
Cauldron has urged its shareholders to lodge their presence through the proxy form on or before 10 AM on 27 January 2021. The company would be not sending any hard copies of meeting notices.
Recently, Cauldron Energy had announced its plan to enter the sand mining business and in an advance stage of acquiring three river sand leases in Western Australia. The proxy form will allow the shareholders to vote on the resolutions listed in the company’s recent ASX update. One of the resolutions includes the re-election of Mr Jess Oram as the Director of Cauldron Energy.
CXU closed at $0.036 a share on 29 December 2020 with a market capitalisation of $16.57 million.
