Australian explorer, BlackEarth Minerals NL (ASX: BEM) has completed its first program of field exploration on the Donnelly River Ni-Cu-PGM Project, situated 240km south of Perth in Western Australia.

The initial reconnaissance exploration program consisted of geochemical sampling and first-pass geological mapping along available public access roads.

In one location, the company has confirmed mafic-ultramafic rocks associated with a significant magnetic anomaly and noted historical nickel-copper anomalism.

A planned airborne electromagnetic survey to cover E70/4825 is being designed and managed by the Company’s Geophysical Consultants and is expected to commence in early 2021. BlackEarth has sourced and re-processed all available open file airborne magnetic data.
