Resolution Minerals Ltd (ASX:RML) shares saw a 10.26% jump on Monday (10 November 2025) following an update on advancement of exploration activities at the Golden Gate prospect. The company informed that it has mobilised an RC drill rig to commence a three-hole RC drilling program at the Golden Gate Prospect. The new program aims to test the western width, southern and northern strike, and depth extensions of the continuous gold mineralisation intersected in the initial discovery diamond drill holes. Three RC holes, totalling 2,789 feet (850m), will follow up on the maiden diamond holes HH-GG25-001C, HH-GG25-002C, and HH-GG25-003C.

Program Objectives and Design

The RC program has been implemented to facilitate the rapid and economical expansion of the newly discovered gold deposit's mineralised footprint. This phase precedes a substantial 50-hole drilling campaign that is currently pending permitting approval

Each RC drill hole has been strategically planned to test specific extensions of the mineralised zones identified in earlier diamond drilling:

  • DS18-4: Targets the northern strike extension and western width extension of holes HH-GG25-001C, HH-GG25-002C, and HH-GG25-003C. Planned depth: 984 feet (300 meters).
  • DS16-3: Tests depth continuity, western width, and southern strike extensions of HH-GG25-001C and HH-GG25-002C. Planned depth: 820 feet (250 meters).
  • DS19-2: Focuses on the southern strike extension of HH-GG25-003C. Planned depth: 984 feet (300 meters).

The program is being conducted within the limits of the existing drill permit, with no new drill platforms required.
