Radiopharm Theranostics (ASX:RAD), a clinical-stage radiotherapeutics company, has announced the appointment of Mr Bruce Goodwin as a Non-Executive Director, effective 19 November 2025. The company described Mr Goodwin as a highly respected leader in the life sciences sector, with more than forty years of experience across global healthcare and biopharmaceutical industries.
Mr Goodwin currently serves as a Non-Executive Director across six healthcare organisations, providing strategic and governance oversight. His career includes over thirty years with the Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, where he held senior leadership positions across multiple regions and contributed to organisational growth and innovation.
Industry Leadership and Sector Contributions
Throughout his career, Mr Goodwin has been involved in industry peak body boards in Australia and Japan, participating in policy development, regulatory discussions, and cross-sector collaboration. He is recognised for his strategic perspective and commitment to advancing health outcomes through effective governance and leadership.
Board Changes at the 2025 AGM
Radiopharm also advised that Mr Phillip Hains and Dr Leila Alland will retire from the Board at the company’s 2025 Annual General Meeting. Mr Hains will continue in his positions as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary following his departure from the Board.
