Highlights

  • Underground diamond drill rig has been mobilised at the Lincoln Gold Project, USA.
  • The drilling program will begin on 28 November 2025 from crosscut 3 (XC3).
  • The program includes 25 HQ drillholes totalling ~2,600m, with potential expansion to 3,000m.
  • The drilling program aims to convert the NI 43-101 resource to JORC compliance by January 2026 and test for high-grade repetitions at depth.
  • Dewatering continues at rates of up to 58,000 gallons per day.
  • Major underground electrical upgrade nearly completed.

Haranga Resources Limited (ASX:HAR) (FRA:65E0) saw its share price jump nearly 14% to AUD 0.165 on Friday morning after the company issued an update on its Lincoln Gold Project, located in the USA. The company has confirmed that it mobilised an underground diamond drill rig to commence drilling at the project. The program aims to convert the existing historical resource at the Lincoln-Comet area to a mineral resource estimate, and test deeper structures for potential new mineralisation.

Underground Drilling Program Set to Begin

The Swick Gen II diamond drill rig arrived at the project on 27 November 2025. Drilling is scheduled to begin on the nightshift of 28 November from crosscut 3 (XC3). The program will run on a continuous 24/7 schedule, with short break expected during the upcoming holiday period, subject to dewatering progress and the availability of collar access.

The revised drill plan will cover 25 HQ-sized diamond drillholes totalling approximately 2,600m, with flexibility for additional drilling within the contracted 1,700–3,000m range. Conducting HQ-sized underground drilling from the existing decline improves efficiency through shorter, accurately oriented drill holes and increased sample size, contributing to a more cost-effective development approach.

At XC3, four holes totalling 370m are planned before advancing to XC4. Drilling will continue down to XC8 as dewatering advances below the drill rig. A deep hole of approximately 350m is planned from XC8.
