These new executives at Cyprium Metals are Clive Donner and Milan Jerkovic.

Clive Donner comes from mining private equity and financing background and has been engaged by Cyprium to lead corporate development and capital raising exercises for the board. He will initially assist the company source and execute capital financing for ongoing development plan, after which Mr. Donner will review the long-term development pathway for commercialisation of Nifty project.

Milan Jerkovic is a mining industry veteran. He will help in execution of the development plan for Cyprium’s Nifty Project.

Nifty Copper Project

The development strategy for the project includes the integration of a Copper Oxide Heap Leach SX-EW starter operation, to be accompanied by a larger-scale sulphide open pit, together providing a 20-year mine life based on over 900,000 tonnes contained copper resource.

A detailed Restart Study for the Oxide Heap Leach starter operation has been finalised and Cyprium is close to completing a scoping study.

Oxide Heap Leach SX-EW is expected to produce ~25,000 tpa copper cathode for more than seven years, and Sulphide Concentrator can likely produce between 28,000 tpa (2.8Mtpa at +1.0% copper) and 40,000 tpa (4.0 Mtpa at +1.0% copper) of copper in concentrate over 15 years.
