New Appointments

The company has appointed Consilium Corporate Pty Ltd to deliver company secretarial and accounting services.

Damon Cox has been named Company Secretary under the new arrangement. A Chartered Secretary, Cox brings over 17 years of experience working with ASX-listed resource companies. He will also be responsible for maintaining communication with the ASX.

Nathan Rose Takes on CFO and Joint Secretary Role

The company has also appointed Nathan Rose as CFO and Joint Company Secretary. Rose has more than 18 years of experience across audit, finance, accounting, and corporate governance.

The appointments follow the resignation of Johnathon Busing from the role of Company Secretary.

Updated Registered Office and Contact Details

The company has confirmed changes to its registered office, principal place of business, and postal address, effective immediately. The new office is located at Level 2, 22 Mount Street, Perth, Western Australia. The company has also updated its phone number, while email and website details remain unchanged.

CTN shares traded at AUD 0.066 per share on 20 March 2026.
