The reshuffle marks a decisive step in aligning its organizational capabilities with project execution milestones and broader operational objectives.
Internal Promotions Underscore Professional Development
The company’s board has emphasized the importance of nurturing internal talent, reinforcing a commitment to internal progression. This approach reflects the organization's emphasis on cultural continuity and long-term development. Former Chief Financial Officer Jason Giltay will transition into the role of Chief Commercial Officer. Giltay brings extensive experience in corporate finance and business strategy, having served in pivotal roles across companies including Swick Mining Services and Sandfire Resources (ASX:SFR).
Tammie Dixon, previously serving as General Manager in Finance, has been elevated to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Her expertise in financial management across the resources industry and prior success at Capricorn Metals (ASX:CMM) contributes directly to Tivan’s forward-looking financial strategy.
Project Execution Strengthened by Technical Advancements
Michael Christ has been promoted from Project Manager to Project Director. His project management experience spans multiple industries such as oil and gas, water and power generation, and he previously collaborated with Tivan in a client capacity. Brendon Nicol will now lead as Technical Director, progressing from his role as Process Manager. Ellin Lede has transitioned from Head of Northern Australia to Chief Development Officer. Lede’s background in public policy and strategic advisory roles, including her service with the Northern Territory Chief Minister, supports the company’s development and regional engagement strategies.
Stephen Walsh joins as Chief Geologist, contributing his background from companies such as Glencore (LSE:GLEN), Minerals Resources (ASX:MIN), and OM Manganese. His experience in critical mineral production complements the company’s exploration and development focus.
