Atlas Arteria declared net loss of $15.5 million for the six-month ended 30 June 2018, including expenses incurred on ALXâs Internalisation Proposal.
However, the groupâs performance has improved during 1H18 as aggregate portfolio traffic grew 3.4% compared to the previous corresponding period delivering 6.2% increase in proportionate EBITDA from road assets to $429.1 million.
The portfolio for EBITDA contribution includes 86% from APRR, 2% from ADELAC, 11% from Greenway and 1% from Warnow. Dividend of 12.0 cents per stapled security for past six months was paid on 13 April 2018. The group has confirmed distribution guidance of 12.0 cents per security for second half of 2018.
