Arena Publishes A Distribution Notice To Its Custodians And Other Intermediary Investors

Arena REIT Management Limited (Arena) (ASX: ARF) had notified its custodians and other intermediary investors in regard to distribution based on September quarter 2018. Arena is an accountable entity of Arena REIT No. 1 (ARF1) and Arena REIT No. 2 (ARF2) (the Trusts). It has declared that the Trusts are withholding managed investment trusts in regards to the Subdivision 12-H of Schedule 1 of the Taxation Administration Act 1953 based on the distribution declared for the quarter ended 30 September 2018. The details of distribution are as follows:

The record date will be 28 September 2018. The payment date and the date of issuing the DRP is declared on 08n November 2018. The distribution of stapled security is 3.375 cents.  

The income year will end on 30 June 2019. For the Australian taxation purposes, the Trusts are attribution managed investment trusts (AMITs). The components of the distribution under Subdivisions 12-H and 12A-B of the Taxation Administration Act 1953 is provided for the purpose of managed investment trust non-resident and this should not be used for any other purpose.

The components of the distribution are as follows: The other Australian taxable income for ARF1 and ARF2 will be 2.068 cents and 0.379 cents respectively. The total distribution of other Australia taxable income from ARF1 and ARF2 is 2.447 cents per security. The Australian interest income for ARF1 and ARF2 is 0.0090 cents and 0.0010 cents respectively. The total ARF value from the Australian interest income is 0.0100 cents. The total distribution of ARF1 and ARF2 are 2.9370 cents and 0.4380 respectively. The total distribution from ARF is 3.3750 cents per security.

The overall performance of the company since its inception remains as 103.81%. The one year and 5 years performance of the company is -6.14% and 82.91% respectively. For the year ended 30 June 2018, the company made a net profit of $ 64.432 million. The total asset of the company is $ 726.087 million. The total liabilities of the company is $ 194.444 million. This indicates that company has a strong potential to clear its long term obligations. The current asset of the company is $ 711.047 million. The current liabilities of the company is $ 179.386. This indicates that the company is able to meet its existing working capital as well as the short term obligations. The total shareholders equity is worth $ 531.643 million The net cash from the operating activities is $33.8 million. The net cash outflow from investing activities is $75.914 million. The net cash inflow from financing activities is $ 41.686 million. The cash and cash equivalents at the end of the financial year is $8.654 million.

The current market price of the share is A$2.150 with market capitalization of A$ 579.46 million and PE ratio 8.8x.
