Vocus Group Limited (ASX: VOC) has come to an agreement to settle the class action started against it in the Federal Court of Australia in April 2019.
The settlement of the class action is without admission of any liability and it depends on the approval by the Federal court.
The settlement amount is worth $35 million, and it includes interest as well as cost. The company will provide $3.5 million to the settlement while the remaining settlement is completely insured.
At AEDT 1:21 PM, VOC shares are trading at $3.02, up 2.373% from its previous close.
