Village Roadshow Announced the Reopening of its Business

Village Roadshow Limited (ASX:VRL) updated on the reopening of its business and its funding position.

  • Its Gold Coast theme parks have had their COVID Safe plans passed by the Queensland Government and can be opened with 50% capacity.
  • Sea World and Paradise Country shall reopen from 26 June and Australian Outback Spectacular on 03 July 2020.
  • Warner Bros. Movie World and Wet’n’Wild shall be functional from 15 July.
  • Topgolf Gold Coast are functional from 12 June 2020.

The net debt and cash operating costs are aligned with the announcement of 18 May. VRL is seeking to improve its debt financing facilities & is in advanced conversations with its current bank syndicate & the Queensland Government. At the same time, VRL is looking for means to conserve capital.
