The United States Unemployment rate, which represents the percentage of unemployed people willing to be employed, remained in line with the market consensus for October 2019.

  • As per the data, the Unemployment rate for October 2019 stood at 3.6 per cent, as compared to the market consensus of 3.6 per cent.
  • However, the Unemployment rate was higher against the previous month, when the Unemployment rate stood at 3.5 per cent.
