Southern Cross Revenue Plunges for FY20

Southern Cross Media Group Limited (ASX:SXL) announced FY20 results which reflect strong cash flow, improved balance sheet as well as growing demand for its core audio products and gradual progress in revenues since May 2020. Some highlights are:

  • EBITDA of $108.2 million for FY2020, representing an EBITDA margin of 20%.
  • Revenue dropped by 18.2% in both Audio and Television to $540.8 million.
  • NPAT of $25.1 million was recorded for FY20 as expenses reduced by 12.8% or $65.8 million on pcp.
  • The company has decided not to pay dividend for FY20 and does not expect the same for FY21.
