Kogan.Com Raises A$20 Million Through a Share Purchase Plan

Kogan.com Limited (ASX:KGN) announced the completion of the Share Purchase Plan and has successfully raised A$20 million. The SPP was open to 13,015 Eligible Shareholders. Valid applications totalling A$115,283,000 were received from 6,793 Eligible Shareholders.

Seeing the strong support from the qualified shareholder, the company decided to increase the SPP size by A$5 million to A$20 million. Due to strong level of applications in SPP, KGN would undertake a scale back of those applications on the basis that each qualified shareholder has allotment of 13.0125% of the value of their shareholding on the Record Date.
