IOOF’s CFO and General Counsel Exit

IOOF Holdings Ltd (ASX: IFL) has announced that by the end of February 2020, Gary Riordan, the General Counsel will be leaving the company. The current Chief Financial Officer (CFO), David Coulter will also be leaving the company by the end of February 2020 and he will be replaced by David Chalmers.

  • As per the CEO of the company, Mr Mota, these changes reflect the step-change in the scale and size of the business in the past years;
  • The new CFO appointed, Mr David Chalmers has more than two decades of diverse, global experience across consulting, investment banking, private equity etc.

At AEST 12:44PM, the stock was trading at $8.175 per share, up by 1.933% from its previous close.
